On 3rd April 2020, the Singapore Government announced the suspension of activities at workplace premises with effect from 7 April 2020 till 5 May 2020, to prevent further spread of the Covid-19 virus.
During this period of suspension, only essential services and related supply chains and service providers are permitted to remain open. The list of essential services that can remain open are as listed on https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/. XDel Singapore falls under the category of “Transportation and Storage” for essential services and we will continue to deliver and support all our clients who require local courier services.
Enterprise Singapore has also confirmed us as essential services while they process our permit to continue operation.
Due to a nationwide surge in delivery demands, XDel Singapore is doing our best to accommodate all delivery orders as we understand the importance of having your documents and parcels delivered. During this period, we would also like to seek your kind understanding if we are unable to offer express services this period and for any possible delays and requests for time extension to the deliveries.
